Valeria joined Rochester in October 2022, with the goal to add value through a structured coordination of all project streams, operationalizing our processes. She actively supported the finalisation of the new corporate project aimed at obtaining the Quality Certification ISO9001:2015 and proactively managed the whole preparation phase.

Her knowledge of the Executive Search Industry, developed in an international Executive Search player as Office Manager, as well as of some senior Members of Rochester team accelerated her onboarding.
