Since the beginning of 2002, Stefano has been working in the Executive Search business, after graduating with a first class degree in Biomedical Engineering at Milan Polytechnic.

He supported the set-up of Rochester in Italy, focusing on the Financial Services industry, before moving to the Investment Banking & Capital Markets practice of a global top tier Head Hunter.

After joining a spin-off to another global Head Hunting firm, he returned to Rochester at the end of 2011, embracing a niche and more tailored approach, and expanding his coverage to a more rounded perimeter, including Strategy Consulting & Professional Services, Technology and other selected innovative sectors in the Corporates space.

His professional style is grounded in a best-in-class execution model resulting from taking ownership of client objectives and critical priorities.
