Chiara comes across with a Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Bocconi University, where she specialized in Organization & Human Resources.

People Management and Human Capital is where she built her career as HR International and Corporate Leader, with deep experience on all HR topics. She worked in complex and fast-evolving environments, within Global Technology and Consulting (with distinctive track in IBM, for 20+ years), and more recently with innovative Professional Services and Start-ups, where she enabled a contemporary people strategy and orga design. As a Client, she bought head hunting and counselling services throughout EMEA countries, for a different range of needs.

She has been a trusted business advisor to Executives, by adding daily-HR-value across all business challenges, while managing all complexities associated with a multi-geographies and multicultural business. She has accelerated organizational changes to navigate different business cycles, and to address different business challenges including transformations, rightsizing and growth.
