SCENARIO

Our Client was a well-known no profit Foundation, with about 20 years history in the Scientific Research.

They promote projects across three directions: Scientific Research, Healthcare Assistance, and Specialized Training projects.

Their Scientific Research is recognized at international level and is run by 500 researchers who collaborate with Hospitals and international Centers in Europe and the US; the research predominant focus is on immunology, and is deployed across five clusters of projects, dedicated to specific diseases. They are sustained by Corner Donors, that include Hospitals and Corporates.

At a pivotal moment in their evolution, the Foundation’s leadership decided to embark on an ambitious transformation journey, transitioning from traditional operations to a sophisticated, professionally managed organization.
