Silvia completed her MSc in Philosophy at Università Statale, Milan, in 1996 and obtained two Masters in Human Resources (1996) and Public Relation (1997) with Burson Marsteller.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the Executive Search industry, where she has progressively developed solid skills across a range of different roles and sectors: these include consumer, industrial, automotive, luxury and consulting. In 1999, she joined an international Executive Search player, where she became Senior Researcher, with responsibilities and autonomy over the entire recruitment process, acting as the person of trust for the partners and the clients, executing mandates for executive roles, both at local and international level.

She joined Rochester in January 2017 as Research & Consulting Associate, with the goal to empowering the team with her ability to deeply read people and organisations, and find the fit for Client needs.

She acts with strong sense of urgency and dedication, keeping focus although under pressure, and mirroring the company’s values in the projects she manages.
